Centerpieces do not include delivery, set-up, take down or repackaging. If this service is desired please ask for pricing. Customized centerpiece packaging is available from our design specialist.




Pick up of rentals will be available the day before the event between 11 am - 5 pm.
Delivery charges, GST and PST apply to all rentals.
Set-up fee required for all public locations.


All rental items require a non refundable 25% deposit for booking confirmation. All rental items will have confirmed number verification 14 days prior to function or full reserved number costs will be incurred by the renter. All rental items may be picked up the Friday prior to the event between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm. All rentals are due back the Monday after the event between the hours of 9 am and 12 noon. All late returns (after 12 noon) will be charged an extra days fee unless discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the event. All dinnerware and glassware will be scraped and food free on return or an extra charge will apply (no rinsing required). If pick-up is requested (with extra cost) all items will be all together in the original containers at the main entrance to the event. Cancellation of any item will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.
