Pick up of rentals will be available the day before the event between 11 am - 5 pm. Delivery charges, HST applies to all rentals.
All rental items require a non- refundable 25% deposit for booking confirmation. All rental items will have confirmed number verification 14 days prior to function or full reserved number costs will be incurred by the renter. All rental items may be picked up the Friday prior to the event between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm. All rentals are due back the Monday after the event between the hours of 9 am and 12 pm. All late returns (after 12 noon) will be charged an extra day fee unless discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the event. All dinnerware and glassware will be scraped and food free on return or an extra charge will apply (no rinsing required). If pick-up is requested (with extra cost) all items will be all together in the original containers at the main entrance to the event. Cancellation of any item will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.
