Covid-19 has been tough for everyone. We especially understand the effects of this pandemic on small business owners and those planning celebrations. We’ve compiled a list of our steps to Covid success in the hopes of helping fellow entrepreneurs thrive and settling the anxiety of those planning special events.

Varied Offerings
Devine wedding Design offers more than full service decorating. We offer a complete line of DIY decor and have created some DIY decor packages with professional grade products at discounted prices (we will have photos online shortly so you may see what each package will include). We also have a large selection of special event rental items including tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and dinner, glass, and silverware (will also be showcased on our new updated website.)

Cost Savings for Our Clients
Rental items are one of our largest inventories that complete our one stop shop. There is a definite advantage with saving dollars when shopping at one location. Bundling items can usually result in a better price point than just shopping for random items. Delivery is an expense that no one likes, it comes with little value, so keeping the delivery to a minimum with one stop shopping is always a welcome to the pocket book.

Growing Inventory
We have increased the Devine Wedding Design inventory to include all of the necessary items to host a special event. From a grand opening red carpet event, a corporate gala that completely transforms the space, to a family celebration, anniversary or wedding, we hold everything here to service more than one client per weekend Some of these items are decor items for our Full- Service collection and some are for rentals for the DIY Rental inventory.

Devine Wedding Design has new inventory still arriving daily for 2020 and 2021 that we will be posting online for reservation. Some of these items we introduced to our new 2020 ideas in the fall so you may have viewed the sample at a show or in our showroom.

Value, Value, Value
Putting your dollars to the best use possible is made easy here at Devine Wedding Design. Coordinating with us allows you to save dollars in some areas of your rental/decor event set-up. This makes a little space in your budget to allow the more stressful things to be serviced for you so you can sit back and relax! The opportunity to have a full-service option for your decor means that the decor items you’ve book hold more value since they are managed by professionals start to finish.

Working On our Craft
Our team is still creating new designs while we await the opening of the market. We have new ideas for backdrops and ceiling drapings, centerpieces etc. and pairing them with all of our rentals will create a Devine Design with you in mind. This commitment is for all of our clients – we thrive to execute a unique design created just for you, with or without COVID-19!

Strong Roots
We are an established business which launched in 2007. We have grown over the years and have attained roots & have built a permanent location designed to meet our needs. Our 6000 square foot facility houses all of our products which means we do not rely on any other company to subcontract from. This is why we have no worries that we will weather this storm and come out with new designs, inventory and creations for the later 2020, 2021 season. We are so excited to show you what we have been doing with our time once it is safe to do so!

Independence is Key
We service all of our own products leaving us solely responsible for quality and service. Not relying on another company for service was our goal in 2016 so we invested in a build that would allow us to put in the proper equipment to complete our laundry/cleaning portion for our rental service. We take great pride in offering these services to our clients and event professionals.

Sometimes, Size Matters
We are larger than we appear. We have direct clients but also service wedding venues and other special event companies with decor and rentals. We thrive because we have the support of many local businesses that are confident we can deliver what they require and we are capable of servicing their every need.

Digital Presence
Listing decor and rental items on our website allow for easier shopping from home, so you can plan your DIY wedding decor and add in any finishing touches right from your living room! We have new DIY decor packages which extend some savings to our clients. We make things easy so you don’t have to worry about purchasing any of those larger items and trying to sell them later.

Always be Adapting
We have now begun to do video chat consultations by appointment so you can still plan your 2020 or 2021 wedding and not feel overwhelmed when the market opens. “I am not that technical of a girl and not extremely good at it yet, but I am super excited to see everyone again and I’m invested to make this an easy process for all to relieve that anxiety of not being able to plan.” -Wendy Bennewies

Rolling with the Punches
We’ve been having weekly meetings with other vendors and staff to keep current with the wants and needs of our clients to make sure that we are ready for you when this is over. We don’t want you to fear or have anxiety about the ‘what ifs’. If proceeding with alternative plans is what’s best for you, that is totally fair. Holding onto your 2020 date and hoping for the best is ok too! Having a plan B in your back pocket never hurts…everyone is different and everyone has reasons for why they choose what is best for them…and what is best for them may not be right for you and that is ok too. We are here to guide you through a plan the best we can!

We realize the new “wedding norm” is going to be different and we are focused on making your day as special as you deserve & dreamed it would be. When we are able, we will be hosting a private viewing of our showroom, these meetings will allow individuals to come to our location and see all that we have to offer! We will be keeping strict cleaning practises between each client and will have social distancing measures in effect.
