When planning a wedding, anniversary, seasonal party, corporate gala, or social party, Devine Wedding Design will be there every step of the way ensuring your event is a great success.

“The Promise” is a package that helps prepare you for the planning stages of your event. This package includes Vendor referrals, creating a budget, time line suggestions, choosing a theme or style, invitations and accommodation preparation.

Add “Commitment” and we will also attend vendor meetings and bookings, creates floor plan and seating plan, finalizes all reservations, confirm delivery times for day of services, and provide a checklist of last minute details.

Add “Diamonds” and complete the day, ensuring timelines are met, set up is complete, and your day is worry and hassle free. Ensuring your new life together begins with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

• All bartenders are Smart Serve certified.
• Bar will be stocked by the renter prior to bartenders’ arrival.  This includes all alcohol, drink mix, and items needed to keep the bar functioning such as cork screws, lemons/limes, cups, ice, etc…
• 5:30 pm the bar will be open for cocktail hour, until bar closing at 1:00 am unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event.
• It is the renter’s choice whether to close the bar or leave the bar open through dinner and speeches.
• 2 bartenders needed for events fewer than 100 people.
• 2 bartenders and 1 clean-up staff for events 100-200 people.
• 3 bartenders and 1 clean-up staff for events 200+ people.
