Quote Submitted

A 35% retainer will be due on the date confirming rentals, with the final payment due a minimum of two (2)weeks prior to the event. No items can be completely removed after retainer is received.  Substitutions may be an option, if available. A valid credit card number must be provided a minimum of three (3) weeks before event as a security measure and for damaged or missing items to be billed against upon return.

 In order to secure reservation of any item(s), a retainer equal to 35% the normal rate must be made at the time of reservation.  No return of any reservation retainer will be made. Client acknowledges that this retainer is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation by the Client, or Client no longer requires the services of design / rentals. The retainer is non-transferable between clients or person. All items in a quote where retainer has been made are secure and are held for your specific event/date.  Only final number adjustments are allowed within 90 days of the contract rental date.
